Where do you work?
We serve St. Tammany, Washington, and Orleans parishes. Share your location and project details so we can confirm service availability. For websites and digital tools, we’ll discuss whether the work can be handled remotely.
What types of installation do you handle?
We offer plug-in lighting, Wi-Fi configuration, device connections, and seasonal display setup where permitted. Amacker is not a licensed electrical contractor. We do not offer hardwired electrical work or work requiring a contractor or specialty license. We review the scope and local requirements before accepting a project.
Can you use equipment or accounts I already own?
Often, yes. Share the equipment model or the platforms you use so we can review compatibility. Please don’t send passwords through the quote form.
How do website projects work?
We start with your services, audience, content, and desired customer actions. Your quote defines the pages, features, revision scope, and timeline. We review the site together before an agreed launch and handoff.
Who owns my website and domain?
Your proposal will spell out domain and account ownership, access, and the handoff of website files and content. Third-party platforms, templates, and software remain subject to their own terms. We’ll review those details with you before work begins.
Are hosting and maintenance included?
Hosting, domain renewals, email, and other software can carry recurring charges. Your quote will identify what is included and what is paid separately. Website care plans are separately scoped; there is no assumed ongoing maintenance agreement.
Can I see ReferralCue before committing?
Ask for a walkthrough. We’ll review current availability, supported devices, the workflows you need, and any applicable software or setup costs before recommending a fit. The workflow example on this page is illustrative, not a live product demo.
How do I get a price or timeline?
